Return & Exchange Policy

At OmniMart, we are committed to delivering the highest quality wellness products. While we ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition, we offer a simple and transparent replacement policy for your peace of mind.

Return & Replacement Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, charging cables, and accessories intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition without any cuts or pauses.

  • Returns and replacements will be accepted only if:

    1. You have received an incorrect item, or

    2. The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.

  • All approved returns will be processed as a direct replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in perfect condition, free from scratches, physical damages, or any signs of use.

  • Items must be returned with the original invoice.

  • Orders placed using a gift card or items received as an exchange are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene & Personal Preference Policy)

Because the Menstrual Heating Belt is a personal care and hygiene product worn directly on the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used products due to change of mind, personal preference, or sizing concerns.

  • If the product is completely unused, unopened, and still in its sealed original packaging, a return request can be reviewed. In such cases:

    • Shipping charges (both forward and reverse) will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

    • All applicable transaction/handling fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

    • If the product has a verified manufacturing defect, it will not be treated as a personal return and will be replaced free of cost.

Exchange Policy

At OmniMart, we strive to ensure a seamless experience. If you wish to exchange your item, the following guidelines apply:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof (unboxing video).

  • Eligible requests will be fulfilled through a replacement of the same product. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees for the exchange process will be waived only if the product is verified as defective or damaged.
